When you purchase a product on McMurtrys.com we ask you for
the following information address, phone number, e-mail
address and credit card. This information is used to
complete your order and if necessary to contact you for help
when we are processing an order. All information we collect
is stored in a secure database.
For your protection, we ask that children do not submit
information to us without the permission of the parent or
guardian.
We never make e-mail address available to any other company
or organization.
If you have supplied us with your postal address, we do not
share your name and address with any companies.
Return policy
No returns without
authorization. You must be the original purchaser and have a
copy of invoice with the invoice numbers.
No
refunds after 30 days or if the item has been installed or
abused. All items returned must have all components and be
in the original packaging. No refunds on special order or
electrical parts. Items paid for with a credit card can only
be credited to the same credit card. Returns are subject to
a 15% restocking fee. Freight must be prepaid on all
returns.

Due to the nature of high

Offered by McMurtrys is sold without any express warranty or
any implied warranty of Merchantability or fitness for
intended purpose. No consequential damage of any type. Which
may happen from the purchase, installation for use of this
merchandise or product will be the responsibility of
McMurtrys.
Warranty on and or defective
parts are subject to the warranty of the manufacturers and
not McMurtrys
